Casify Return & Exchange Policy

Casify is an iPhone covers and accessories retailer product that not only meets but is above your expectations.
And in case, if you encounter any issues with product quality, we have a Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a fair and transparent resolution process.


1. Return Eligibility for Defective Products
We accept product returns in cases where the merchandise exhibits manufacturing defects or structural anomalies that compromise functionality or aesthetic integrity.
Eligible Return Criteria:
Material or Structural Defect – If the case exhibits misaligned button cutouts, defective frame molding, material inconsistencies, or aberrations in design execution that impede proper usage.
Transit-Induced Damage – If the product sustains damage due to logistical mishandling during shipment, evidenced by physical deformities, cracks, or substantial surface abrasions upon unboxing.
Print Fidelity or Design Deviation – If the printed design is substantially misaligned, pixelated, faded, or divergent from the advertised imagery and specifications.
Non-Returnable Cases:
Damage attributable to improper usage, excessive force, or accidental impact.
Cases displaying post-purchase wear and tear, such as micro-scratches, discoloration due to exposure, or structural fatigue from prolonged use.
Custom/personalized orders unless they exhibit demonstrable manufacturing defects.


2. Refund Categorization Based on Defect Severity
To ensure a granular and equitable resolution framework, refunds are issued based on the severity of the defect:
Minor Defect (50% Refund or Replacement)
Cosmetic aberrations such as slight print misalignment, minor surface irregularities, or inconspicuous imperfections that do not impair the case’s primary function.
Moderate Defect (75% Refund or Replacement)
Defective material molding, noticeable print degradation, loose-fitting cases, or structural inconsistencies that may affect usability but do not render the case entirely non-functional.
Major Defect (100% Refund or Free Replacement)
Critical defects such as broken frame integrity, misfitting to the extent that hinders phone enclosure, or severe print deformation beyond acceptable tolerances.
Return Initiation Timeframe: Returns for defective products must be initiated within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Proof of Defect: All Casify customers are required to furnish high-resolution photographic or video evidence showcasing the defect before initiating a return request.


3. Exchange Policy for Unused & Unopened Products
Customers can request an exchange for a different design or color, as long as the original product meets the following conditions:
Factory-Sealed Packaging – The product must stay in its original, tamper-proof packaging to ensure the item remains intact and unaltered.
Unused & Unworn Condition – The case must be in pristine, unutilized condition, free from any smudges, fingerprints, or external handling marks.
Request Submission Within Stipulated Period – Exchange requests must be submitted within five (5) days from the date of product receipt.
Non-Exchangeable Conditions:
Opened, tampered, or repackaged products that deviate from their original condition.
Any custom-designed or monogrammed cases, except in instances of defective production.
Exchange Process:
The customer must submit an exchange request via email, website or whatsapp, including the order number and reason for exchange.
Upon approval, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt and careful inspection by our Casify team of the returned product, the replacement unit will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.


4. Return & Refund Procedural Framework

Step 1: Lodge a formal return/exchange request, citing order credentials and attaching verifiable defect proof (photographic/video).
Step 2: Upon preliminary validation, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Step 3: The returned product undergoes a meticulous quality assessment to validate eligibility.
Step 4: All refunds or replacements are processed by Casify within 5-7 business days, subject to the refund category applicable.


5. Refund & Processing Guidelines
Refund Mode:
All approved refunds shall be remitted through the payment gateway originally used during purchase.
Refund Restrictions:
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has successfully passed a quality assessment.
If the customer chooses to receive a replacement unit, no monetary refund will be processed.
For cases classified under Minor Defects, customers may receive partial reimbursement or store credit, as determined by Casify.
Refund Timelines:
Once a return is approved, refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days. However, the time it takes for the transaction to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
6. Ancillary Terms & Conditions
Return Shipping Costs: Refunds will be issued only once the returned item has cleared a successful quality assessment.
If the customer opts for a replacement unit, no monetary refund will be provided.
In cases categorized as Minor Defects, customers may be offered partial reimbursement or store credit, at Casify's discretion.
Product Inspection Criteria: All returned products are subjected to a stringent verification process to ensure compliance with return eligibility parameters.
Custom Orders: Due to their bespoke nature, custom-designed or engraved cases are exempt from standard return policies, unless demonstrably defective.
